Snail ENT Clinic

After cleaning my ears with a cotton swab, I had severe pain in my ear, so I ended up going to the snail ENT recommended by a friend. The parking situation was good, and I was able to see the doctor quickly. I had heard they were friendly, and they really were! So, I plan to make this my regular clinic from now on, as I often visit ENT because of my rhinitis.

They’re kind. They’re also very good at diagnosing and treating patients. I took my son in for rhinitis, and he got better right away after taking the medication. The doctor used to be a professor at a university hospital and opened a clinic near my home, so I go there often. It’s crowded on weekends, so you have to wait. There wasn’t an ENT clinic nearby before, so I’m really glad this one opened. The clinic is extremely clean. There are two doctors.

I’ve been going to Snail ENT Clinic. Most of my appointments are with Dr. Kim Jae-young. My husband and son go there too. They examine you carefully with a camera and explain the cause and condition in detail. Since our child was around five, we’ve taken them to an ENT clinic instead of pediatrics, and they seem to recover much more accurately and quickly. Unlike other hospitals that usually stop taking patients at 5:00 or 5:30, this clinic stays open late, so it’s much more convenient to be able to see an ENT doctor I like even after getting off work. There is a parking lot, although it isn’t very large. Still, there are plenty of places to park along the nearby streets, so it’s also easy to drive there.

Doctor: Im Tae-hyun I visited this hospital because my skin was itchy. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the examination was very thorough.

There are two doctors, and during the changing of the seasons, a lot of people come in. All the doctors are very nice and provide great explanations, which I really appreciated. My son had been struggling with allergic rhinitis and hadn't shown any improvement at other hospitals, but since coming here, he's gotten much better and now we only visit occasionally during the season changes. The nurses are also plentiful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!!

Every time my kids go, they receive a lot of care. They also give candy after the visit, and both doctors are friendly and explain everything well. They even take videos of the inside of the ears and nose and show the current condition on a monitor, which makes me feel reassured and confident in their care.

The staff is friendly and there are many patients, but it just doesn't click for me. The medication isn't working.
