Every time the seasons change, my nose gets completely blocked and it's really hard to breathe. When I sleep, I have to breathe through my mouth, which makes my throat hurt and my overall condition worsens. So, I finally went to the ENT clinic near my home. The doctor carefully examined the inside of my nose and said that the mucous membranes were quite swollen. I got a prescription for some medication. To be honest, I've always found using a spray a bit cumbersome and had some reluctance towards it, but trying it this time, I can definitely say it's different. Spraying it before bed really helped clear my blocked nose, allowing me to sleep deeply for the first time in a while. I struggle with nasal congestion every year due to rhinitis, and it was really painful to the point it affected my daily life. But thanks to my visits to the clinic, at least I can lead a somewhat normal daily life now.
