I visited because I had patches of dry skin on my face, but there were more patients waiting than I expected. I waited for about an hour for my appointment. They said it was a skin condition caused by dryness and only prescribed an ointment, plus they offered a moisturizer. When I asked about the price at checkout, the moisturizer was too expensive, so I decided just to get the ointment since I have plenty of moisturizers at home. The atmosphere was clean, and all the nurses were friendly and polite. However, my appointment was very short—only about two minutes. My skin condition isn't severe, but I've been using an ointment prescribed by another dermatology clinic for a year without much improvement, so I came here hoping for better results. I hope the ointment they prescribed works.
