I've always been worried about my prominent hump in the middle of my nose and droopy tip, which made my impression look strong and somewhat stuffy. Male noses can look awkward if they have curves like female noses, so I specifically emphasized the importance of a straight line from the glabella to the tip of the nose. The surgery was performed by refining the hump and supporting the tip with my own cartilage. The first three days were tough since I struggled to breathe, but as soon as the splint was removed a week later, I was extremely satisfied. It's been a month now, and the swelling has gone down a lot, and my features look much sharper. I've been getting a lot of compliments saying that my profile has a smooth straight line and looks more refined. It's natural and masculine without being excessive, so I'm very satisfied!
