I want to share my experience from a visit to an ENT because of a cold and body aches. At that time, my throat was scratchy, my nose was stuffed up, and my body ached so much that I couldn't just ignore it. So, I went to the clinic. I always feel tense when I go to the hospital, but I remember that I felt comfortable receiving treatment here. The doctor explained why I was experiencing my symptoms in a straightforward way instead of complicating things, which I appreciated. After a quick examination of my throat and nose, he said it seemed like I had both a cold and body aches. He prescribed some light medication and briefly went over when to take it and what to watch out for. When I got home, I took my medicine and got plenty of rest, and by the next day, my body aches had noticeably lessened. After a few days, my throat and nose felt much better too. I thought to myself that I might have suffered longer if I had waited, and this ENT clinic is a great place to go without worry when you're feeling symptoms of a cold in the neighborhood.

I caught a cold during the holiday that lasted more than two weeks, with severe coughing and a weird voice. I rushed in because they were open until 1 PM on Saturday, but there weren't many patients left as it was almost closing time. The clinic was clean and the treatment room was tidy; taking the cough syrup and getting a shot helped reduce my cough. They were so kind that I think I'll use their services again next time.
