The staff are kind, the place is clean, and I really like it. They’re open late, which is especially great for people who work. I chose this place intentionally, and I’m very satisfied. They also accept the E-eum Card, which makes it even better. I keep coming here and will continue to come in the future.

I had a tumor near my uterus? I went in for an ultrasound and made an appointment because something like an abscess showed up. I was advised to fast for 6 hours since I needed sedation, but since I'm on medication that requires 8 hours, I fasted for 8 hours. I arrived on time, took a very small amount of water with the medication to relax my cervix, changed into a hospital gown, and I think I had to wait a bit longer than expected. They said it was due to the medication's effect. They told me the surgery was quick, but I slept well and woke up by myself. My appointment was at 2:30, but I think I left the hospital around 5. Since it was a private room, my mother, who came as my guardian, could rest comfortably too. The hospital was overall clean, spacious, and quiet. The nurses and doctors were all friendly women, which makes it great for gynecological care.

I used to go to an OB-GYN in Juan-dong, but if I didn't make an appointment, I had to wait a long time, and even with an appointment, the wait was still long. I was searching for a nearby OB-GYN and found Apple OB-GYN, so I came here. There are two female doctors, and they were kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything during my consultation, so I think I'll come here for all my OB-GYN care from now on. The doctor I saw before the tests was off that day, so I saw another doctor. They looked at my test results and explained everything in detail. I switched to a hospital closer to home, and since it was part of the same hospital network, my medical records were transferred, which made things convenient. I’ve had irregular periods since my twenties and have been to various OB-GYNs in Incheon, but this was the first time I encountered such an uncaring and unfriendly clinic. I just can’t understand why the reviews are so good. The consultation before the examination felt very commercial, and it seemed like they were pushing unnecessary tests on me. I kept feeling like they were recommending out-of-pocket expenses. When I received my treatment, instead of an adequate explanation, the response was just to get an injection and be on my way. I couldn’t help but think that if I came here for my irregular periods, they would just give me an injection and that would be it. I was asked to settle the payment before my blood test, and after the test was done, there was no guidance. When I asked if I was done, they just said, 'Yes, you can go now.' I didn’t even get a receipt for my card, and they didn’t give me any documents for the health center either. It was definitely a clinic I don’t want to return to.

I really enjoy that there are two female doctors, it makes me feel comfortable. They do a great job with the consultations and provide treatment without pain. I'm grateful for how they listen sincerely to my concerns and reassure me. The staff at the front desk and the nurses are so kind as well and they help me with the costs and the paperwork for insurance, guiding me step by step through the procedures.
