My throat was sore and I was having a hard time, so thank you for seeing me even during the Chuseok holiday.

I had chills, vomiting, and extreme exhaustion all night and wondered if I needed to go to the ER, but thanks to Dr. Na Yoon-sung’s attentive care, I’m recovering now.

I visited Haeseong Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic, and the overall atmosphere from check-in to consultation was friendly and comfortable. Dr. Na Yun-seong listened carefully to my symptoms and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, which reassured me. I felt like I received just the right amount of care without any feeling of unnecessary treatments, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which was satisfying. The waiting time wasn’t too long, making it easy to visit without any pressure, and the clinic was kept clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. It’s definitely an ENT clinic I would want to return to whenever I have throat or nose discomfort.
