I made an appointment for my mother because she was having a really hard time with severe knee pain, and she was very satisfied—there was no unnecessary treatment either!!

There were 6 people waiting, and even after an hour, they didn't call me. When I went to the restroom, they said more time had passed, and the waiting list had increased to 3 more people. When I asked to cancel, they responded that there was nothing they could do, which was really frustrating.
