The Forest Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

Since the area near my office is a new town, there are a lot of big hospitals, and I’d heard many reviews saying they tend to over-treat patients a bit. So I found this clinic through word of mouth and decided to visit. It was busy with lots of patients, but the doctor was kind and took the time to examine me thoroughly and explain everything in detail, so I’m really happy with my experience!

I brought my 24-month-old child in for treatment due to cold symptoms. Since he isn't speaking well yet and the hospital is unfamiliar to him, he cried the entire time from the waiting room through the examination, making me feel anxious and guilty as a parent. Despite that, the medical staff comforted him without showing any signs of discomfort, and they proceeded with the examination slowly at his level, which I really appreciated. They explained the examination process and my child's condition in a way that was easy for me to understand, which put me at ease. I was particularly impressed that they didn't rush the examination and were very thorough. Even though my child cried a lot, they remained kind throughout, which made me trust them. I would recommend this hospital to parents worried about their children's health.
