While I was traveling, I slipped and injured my knee, and it kept feeling achy, so I was worried and decided to visit the hospital. During the initial examination, the doctor moved my knee back and forth and was very kind. I was worried because I had fallen onto my knee on the stairs, but fortunately, there was nothing unusual on the X-ray, and the doctor said it was chondromalacia of the knee, so I felt relieved. It wasn't serious enough to require medication, so we decided to focus on physical therapy and minimize the inflammation. Everyone who provided the physical therapy was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I really liked that everything was done kindly and calmly, without any unnecessary treatment. I plan to continue treatment and get rid of the inflammation as soon as possible.

I hurt myself playing soccer and endured it for a few days before going in. I got scolded for that ㅜㅜ They asked if it didn't hurt.. I'll make sure to visit the hospital right away if I'm in pain in the future. After getting physical therapy, I feel a bit better now ㅎㅎ
