I once took my nephew to Yonsei Kirin Pediatrics when he was suffering from a cold. He suddenly had a fever and a bad cough with a runny nose, which worried me, so we visited the clinic. From the registration to the consultation, I felt the whole process was very organized. The wait time wasn’t as long as I expected, and the nurses interacted with my nephew gently so he could relax a lot. I remember it very well. When the doctor examined him, he carefully checked each symptom and explained in detail whether it was just a simple cold or if there were other causes, which put me, as his guardian, at ease. The medication was prescribed according to the child's condition, and they kindly guided us on what to watch out for at home and how to manage the fever. A few days after taking the medicine, my nephew’s cough and runny nose noticeably improved, and his recovery was quick, which was satisfying. I left with the impression that this is a pediatric clinic you can trust for treating children’s colds.

I once had a high fever and urgently sought help. The interiors were generally clean, and the waiting area was well-organized, so I felt comfortable. After the consultation, the doctor calmly explained my current condition and prescribed mainly fever reducers that are commonly used when you have a high temperature, along with some medication to alleviate body aches. The medication wasn’t strong, so I felt reassured when the doctor kindly told me not to worry. They also clearly explained the dosage and precautions. After receiving the medication from the pharmacy and starting to take it, my fever gradually went down, and I felt much lighter. The atmosphere of the clinic was also relaxing, and the doctor’s kind explanations left me with a sense of trust overall.
