I had a knee procedure done not long ago. I got a cartilage injection once a week for three weeks. These days, I'm going to physical therapy for my back. I go about two to three times a week.
Today was my third injection for knee cartilage. The doctor always kindly takes good care of me while giving the injection in my knee.
