I often cough and frequently visit Internal Medicine or ENT clinics because of colds, and this one is close to my home, so I tend to come here often. There doesn’t seem to be much of a wait on weekday mornings, but the wait is long in the afternoons or on Saturdays. I don’t think they have a system for making reservations in advance, so I make an appointment and wait after arriving at the clinic. The hospital is neat and clean. The front desk staff are friendly, and the doctor is also kind and listens carefully to my symptoms. Most importantly, the medications they prescribe really work well. I’ve gotten headache medicine and cold medicine here, and they worked better than those from other places, so I think I recovered quickly. There’s also a pharmacy right downstairs, so it’s convenient to pick up my prescription medication.

I've seen many reviews saying that the desk staff are not friendly, but I've never felt that way after all these years~ I'm really satisfied with my experience~! It's also convenient that I can make reservations through Naver, so when I book an appointment, I don't have to wait long to see the doctor~ During the colder seasons when colds are common, it's essential to book because there are a lot of patients waiting.
