I started looking for a neurosurgery clinic as my lower back pain and leg numbness got progressively worse. At this hospital, they approached the cause of my pain very systematically. They didn't just rely on the MRI results; they thoroughly assessed my usual sitting posture, work environment, and even the times when my pain worsened. They showed me directly on the screen where the nerves were being compressed based on the test results and explained logically why these symptoms were occurring, making it easy to understand. What impressed me most was that they didn't rush to mention surgery but calmly presented the most appropriate treatment method at this stage. Their explanation to first try medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle adjustments while monitoring progress was very persuasive. In the physical therapy room, they also explained the purpose and effects of each treatment, so I didn’t feel like I was passively receiving treatment but rather participating in my own care. After several weeks of consistent treatment, my pain gradually eased, and more than anything, my anxiety about the pain significantly decreased. After the consultation, they also helped establish a long-term management plan, which built my trust, and I felt that even if the symptoms returned, I could consult with them again at this hospital.

I came in for elbow pain and received a consultation. The doctor explained everything in detail, and I had physical therapy. He also told me to do plenty of hot compresses at home.

I went to see a doctor because my feet were tingling, and it was recommended by a friend. I thought the nerve test would be painful, but they kept checking in on how I was feeling, and it was comfortable. I’ll be going back for treatment for a while.
