I came in today because my right ear has been hurting a lot since early this morning. I guess because of the changing seasons, there were so many patients. After waiting for a little while, I finally got to see the doctor, who was really nice and explained everything well. When I went to the room for the injection, the nurses were also very friendly, so thank you! I've lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years, and this was my first visit for a consultation, and I was completely satisfied. The clinic was clean, and even though there were several nurses, everyone was friendly and nice. The doctor told me to take the prescription for three days and come back; it felt like a gentle neighborhood uncle speaking. If anyone is thinking of going to an ENT clinic, I highly recommend it.

This morning, I suddenly felt a sharp, stabbing pain in my ear, and I was really worried and scared. He carefully examined me and first used an endoscope to look inside my ear while explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way. Then, I went into the hearing test room and had a tinnitus test. The nurses were very kind and helped me through the tests, which eased my anxiety. The results were all normal, but since I was in so much pain, the doctor provided thermal treatment to relieve the ear pain and prescribed some medication. The nurse also explained the precautions and lifestyle habits in detail. After taking the medication for one day out of the three-day supply, I feel like the pain has lessened a bit, but they told me to come back if it continues after I finish the rest of the medication.

After having the flu, I've had a persistent cough and came in due to a reinfection of my throat and nasal cold. Due to a drop in my immune system, I experienced side effects from the antibiotics I usually take, so when I came back, they switched me to a different medication right away. The waiting room is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere, so I can relax while waiting for my appointment. They show the names of the patients waiting, which is great because if there are a lot of people, I can step out for a moment and know when it's my turn. The nurses are friendly, and I appreciate the appropriate prescriptions and care they provide. The doctor also takes good care of me. I liked that they mentioned precautions and asked how many days' worth of medication I needed.
