On Sunday, March 8, 2026, around 11 AM, I visited the Jeong ENT Clinic in Hakik-dong. During the registration process, a staff member informed me that due to my voice being a little loud, "according to the director's policy, if there is any commotion, treatment will not be provided," and that it would be difficult to receive treatment. I am curious if it is acceptable to refuse treatment for this reason, especially considering that the patient is seeking help due to illness. I would like to hear an explanation from the hospital regarding whether this is a hospital policy or if this is generally an appropriate measure that hospitals can take.
