The staff is very kind. It was really busy, but there's plenty of parking and it's clean.

I can't hear as well as I used to, and sometimes I even give answers that have nothing to do with the question. The TV or music is too loud for me. My hearing isn't what it used to be, so I visited for a consultation. I received good care during my appointment.

The staff are very attentive and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. Everyone is so friendly, which makes me feel good when I visit.

I took medicine for a cough and cold, but the cough didn't stop. I was recommended to see an ENT specialist, and after the consultation and taking the prescribed medication, my cough gradually got better. I'm so satisfied!

Dr. Choi Seok-chan in Room 1 is really kind and explains things well. Among all the doctors I've met, he's definitely the best in terms of kindness, so even if the wait is long, I always choose to get treated in Room 1.

In Room 3, Dr. Koo is great at treating my gastroesophageal reflux disease. He makes me feel comfortable during the appointments. However, there are a lot of patients, so it can get pretty crowded. I have to wait a long time.

All the staff were friendly and the examinations were very thorough. I'm satisfied.
