I started seeing Dr. Ko Young-joo in 2024. There’s usually such a long wait that you could practically take a nap before being seen, but rather than going from one hospital to another, I feel like this is the right place for me, and the doctor is really good at treating sinusitis. Whenever my nose starts running with yellow mucus, I rush straight to the hospital without a second thought. I got overconfident and tried taking medicine from the pharmacy because I wanted to reduce the number of pills I was taking, but I learned that sinusitis only gets better when you take antibiotics. The doctor cleared out my nasal passages so well, and it became much easier to breathe. These days, whenever I catch a cold, my head starts feeling heavy and foggy within a few days, and then the sinusitis comes back. Thankfully, it hasn’t gotten to the point where I need surgery. I was a little nervous when the doctor suggested taking images, but thanks to the reassuring care I received, this has now become our regular hospital for all three of us in the family. Most of all, since appointments are scheduled an hour apart, we were able to park and get seen without feeling rushed, which was great. Wishing you continued success.

I'm recovering from tonsil surgery, and it was tough being alone without any family while receiving IV fluids. My body was weary and my mind was really drained. But during meal time, the cook said to me, 'It may taste the least enjoyable right now, but you really need to eat it.' That warm comment was such a big comfort to me. It made me feel so touched, I almost cried. I realized again how important it is to have these small acts of consideration and heartfelt words from the staff; they can be such a huge source of strength for patients. Thanks to that, I was able to stay motivated and recover well, haha. The medical staff took great care of the patients. I took a taxi back and forth, and the location was really convenient. I'm truly grateful for that!

The doctor was really kind in explaining everything. Thanks to the detailed explanation, I was able to understand exactly what symptoms I have. I didn't even know I had chronic rhinitis until the doctor pointed it out. I was torn between seeing a pulmonologist, but I think I've made the right choice coming here. The doctor listened to my breathing and said I probably don't need to see a pulmonologist. I really appreciated how patiently the doctor answered all my questions without showing any annoyance. The thorough explanations were very helpful. I'm definitely considering a follow-up visit. It's a little frustrating that I can only get a limited amount of medication, but thanks to the friendly explanations, I think I'll be coming here regularly.
