Strawberry Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic

I took my 2-year-old son to Strawberry Pediatric Clinic for a flu test. He suddenly developed a fever close to 39 degrees, so I was really worried when we went in. Thankfully, the whole process from registration to the exam went pretty quickly. My son cried a lot during the testing, but the doctor and nurses explained everything in a gentle manner that was appropriate for him, and it ended up being easier than I expected. The explanation of the test results was thorough, and they provided detailed guidance on how to take the medication, how to alternate fever reducers, and what symptoms to watch for at home, which was a huge help. Overall, I was satisfied with the friendly and systematic care, and it's a pediatric clinic I would want to return to when my child is sick.

I visited the pediatrician because of a cold, and the care I received was incredibly attentive! The staff were so kind and nice! I especially appreciate that they offer weekend appointments. I was really struggling with a sore throat and had a bad cough, but they asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable talking about my symptoms at my level. They explained my symptoms and the medication in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The hospital atmosphere was clean, and the staff was friendly, so I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. I was worried about my cold getting worse, but I feel like I can trust this hospital. :) The medication works well for me, which is great! I had a bad sore throat, but they took great care of me with kindness! I'm so glad they're open on weekends.

The treatment is great. The clean interior and the nurses are really friendly, and there are plenty of places to sit. There's a TV for the waiting kids to watch and books available too. The facilities are good.
