The pediatric department always has a lot of patients waiting. You have to wait at least an hour or more. The nurses must be having a hard time, so please be kind to them.
I had to wait a long time to get into the exam room because there were so many patients with cold symptoms. But once I got in, the doctor addressed my child in a way that suited their personality, which made us feel really comfortable.
The nurse was kind, and the doctor took the time to do a thorough examination and provided detailed explanations.
Although pediatric departments are struggling, this is a great hospital that stands strong for our community.
