I was prescribed medication and received physical therapy for my back pain. Between 2 to 3 days of treatment and now I feel great!

A few days ago, I hurriedly got out of bed in the morning and twisted my left ankle. At first, I thought it was fine. But as time went on, it got swollen and I felt sharp pain every time I walked, so I ended up going to the hospital. While waiting after registration, I felt anxious due to the pain,

There's no part of my shoulders or back that doesn't hurt. I've been getting physical therapy regularly, and I'm starting to feel a bit better. The nurses are really kind, which is great.

☆Physical therapy is great because the manual treatment relieves my tight muscles, and it feels so refreshing! There's also a water bed, so if you like water beds, you'll enjoy it.

*I came in because my knees were making a cracking sound due to overdoing my workouts, and I was experiencing pain in the front and back of my knees every time I walked. After a few sessions of physical therapy, I'm starting to feel better.
