Both the doctor and the nurse were very kind, so I felt comfortable receiving treatment. They also explained my next appointment clearly and sent me reminder texts and KakaoTalk messages before and on the day of the appointment, so I won’t miss my visits. Consultations are also available by phone, and they explain everything kindly.
