After registering, they took a detailed history about when the symptoms started and in which positions the pain worsened. Then, in the examination room, they checked the movement of my neck and shoulders and assessed my nerve responses before conducting the necessary tests. As we looked over the test results, the doctor explained the causes of my current pain and what to be cautious about in my lifestyle in a way that was easy to understand. After that, I received both injection treatment and physical therapy, and after the treatment, the stiffness I felt when moving my neck was definitely much more comfortable than before. Although the pain didn’t completely disappear the same day, the burden I felt while moving was certainly reduced. After the treatment, I was advised on how to take my medications and given guidance on stretches I could do at home, along with how to avoid staying in the same position for a long time. The hospital was well-maintained, and the whole process from registration to treatment was relatively smooth. After a few days of following the instructions given, I noticed that the pain gradually decreased compared to when I first visited the hospital, making my daily life much easier.
