I've had dry eyes for a while now, but it's gotten worse recently, so I went in for a check-up. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. I thought the wait time would be long since I was going after the holidays, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. The reception staff were really nice and guided me well, which made it comfortable. The doctor asked detailed questions about my symptoms and explained the causes of my dryness and how to manage it clearly, which made it easy to understand. They even taught me how to use artificial tears and adjust my lifestyle, which was really helpful. They also clearly outlined the necessary treatment plan, which made me trust them more, and it was great to feel like I wasn't being pushed into unnecessary procedures. My eyes feel much better now, and I would definitely consider returning.
