It's super hot outside, but even though it's so hot, I'm consistently practicing walking. My ankles still tingle, but I'm still walking regularly. My bones hurt a bit, so I can't walk too much, but I'm still doing my best. Don't worry, everyone should walk to avoid pain!

It's slowly getting to be that time of year when we might see some rain, but for now, the weather is still hot and muggy. I tend to walk steadily, even if it's not super fast, and I definitely walk a lot after dinner. Overall, I've improved a lot compared to before. Thank you.

I'm doing a much better job walking during practice than I did last week. My right ankle, thigh, and lower back are a bit sore, probably because I'm feeling full after meals. But I've been doing my exercises often, so I'll make sure to keep track of everything daily and let you know the results. <(
