It's super hot outside, but even though it's so hot, I'm consistently practicing walking. My ankles still tingle, but I'm still walking regularly. My bones hurt a bit, so I can't walk too much, but I'm still doing my best. Don't worry, everyone should walk to avoid pain!

I love it! I absolutely love it! ^^ The doctor and the nurse both have great manners, they're really nice and kind, which makes it all so wonderful! ^^

After lunch, I just eat and watch TV, and I feel like my legs are straining. But even though I walk continuously in the living room, it hurts much less, and my bones don't hurt as much. Still, thank you for my painful bones. Thank you! <( __ )>

It's slowly getting to be that time of year when we might see some rain, but for now, the weather is still hot and muggy. I tend to walk steadily, even if it's not super fast, and I definitely walk a lot after dinner. Overall, I've improved a lot compared to before. Thank you.
