Cho Eung-rae Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic

My throat felt scratchy and I had a fever, so I went to Jo Eung-rae ENT. I go there often, so the visit was pretty straightforward and I got some medicine. They said my tonsils were quite swollen.

And on top of that, I'm feeling really drained, so I decided to visit Dr. Jo Eung-rae's ENT clinic. I shared my simple symptoms with the nurse while checking in, and when I looked around, it seemed like there were a lot of patients—must be the change of season. After a bit of waiting, I went in for my consultation. They sprayed something in my throat, checked if my throat or nose was swollen, and used a machine to clear my stuffy nose. I thought to myself, 'Ah, that feels nice.' Then they told me that my throat was swollen and I had rhinitis in my nose. They mentioned that many people are dealing with that during this season, and I went through a nasal treatment (some sort of therapy where you inhale steam through your nose for 50 seconds) before getting a prescription and heading out. I guess I only come to this local ENT when the seasons change. Everyone, be careful during the changing seasons!

Today, I visited the ENT specialist. Yesterday, I sneezed continuously 7-8 times and suddenly started having a runny nose. I was so caught off guard by all the sneezing and there was this constant tickling sensation. Then, when I woke up today, I had a headache and my throat felt swollen, making it hard to swallow. It was such an uncomfortable feeling...ㅠㅠ The clinic is located across from the old Daeyoung Academy in Daegu. It's a bit far by subway, so I recommend taking a bus. There's no parking space available, so really, just take the bus. The doctor said my symptoms were similar to those of the flu and proceeded with some tests, and as expected, I tested positive for the flu.. After getting an injection, they prescribed me a ton of medication. It's my first time having the flu in my life, so I'm feeling quite overwhelmed, especially since my throat is hurting so much. Also, since it's flu season, I need to be extra careful. ㅜㅜ
