The person at the desk seemed to be a new employee, but the instructions were lacking and things weren’t handled quickly. Whenever I asked a question, they would go, “Uh... um...” and ask someone next to them, and when I asked another question, they said, “Just a moment,” and tried to go somewhere..😓 I understand that can happen if they’re new, but the employee sitting next to them just stayed there doing nothingㅠㅠ Also, the consultation felt really uncomfortableㅎㅎ It felt like they absolutely wouldn’t let me finish unless I added something else. They kept listing all kinds of procedure names. They didn’t even open a new injection right next to me either,, There were supposed to be a lot of lifting shots, but it was over so quickly that I wondered if it was done properly.. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I just had hair removal on my arms and underarms. I was worried it would hurt, but it was only mildly prickly—less painful than I expected—so I was able to get through it comfortably. They were very thorough, and the treatment was neat and clean. Overall, I was satisfied because the whole experience was comfortable!
