Since yesterday, my right lower back has been hurting so badly that I could barely sleep all night, and I couldn’t really work today either, so I stopped by the hospital. The doctor examined me carefully and gave me the injection treatment without hurting me. I also received extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and I hope it helps me feel better.

After preparing kimchi with my love, my arms hurt so much that I couldn't sleep comfortably. I was hesitating whether to go to a traditional medicine clinic or an orthopedic clinic, but a friend recommended Hwamyeong Madi Health Rehabilitation Clinic, so I went. As I entered, the clinic was so clean, and all the nurses were consistently kind. I received care from Dr. Han Sang-hoon, who was very kind and explained everything well. First, he said we’d try physical therapy, and if that didn’t help, we’d consider other treatment options. However, the physical therapy at this clinic was unmatched compared to other places, they really focused on manual therapy finding the painful areas, and the nurses kept asking about the intensity while kindly working on me. The water bed treatment was also very refreshing and enjoyable. When I was about to leave after the treatment, they mentioned I could enjoy a free foot bath if I had time, so since our apartment is currently undergoing elevator replacement and I've been using the stairs, my legs were sore and I wanted to try it. I went to the foot bath next door, and after that, my legs felt so light, it was wonderful. I’ve been to various orthopedic clinics before, but I hadn’t found one that I liked this much. On my way home, I thought I should let my friends know about it. I was going to distant clinics not knowing about such a good one right in front of my house, and I regretted finding out late. I’m grateful to the doctors and nurses at Hwamyeong Madi Health Rehabilitation Clinic. From now on, I’ll make this my go-to clinic.

As I get older, I start to feel muscle pain here and thereㅠ The doctor is really thorough in asking questions and seems to really care when providing treatment.
