I had a cervical cancer screening as part of the national health checkup. Everyone was so kind.

I went in to get a prescription for ovulation medication, and during weekday daytime hours, I was able to see the doctor quickly without any waiting.

The staff were friendly, and I liked that the wait wasn’t long. I also liked that the doctor was a woman.

Since it's a nationwide chain, it's really convenient when I need urgent care while traveling or away on business~~ Even if I see a doctor at another location, they can view all my treatment history and provide care accordingly.

This is a place I always come to. They’re kind and take good care of me, and when I make an appointment, I don’t have to wait long. I can also visit during my lunch break, so it’s convenient since my workplace is nearby ^_^

Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors is so friendly, and if you make an appointment, you can usually be seen right away with almost no waiting. I also like that there are female doctors, so I can receive care without feeling uncomfortable at all.

I visited because I’m preparing for pregnancy. I saw a total of three doctors. Two of them were extremely kind and explained everything very thoroughly. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve become more sensitive, but I requested that I not see one of them next time. There aren’t many nearby clinics that offer evening appointments, especially until 8 p.m., so I didn’t have many options if I wanted to come in after work. That’s why I first visited, but I’ve continued going there.

Going to the OB-GYN is always scary and embarrassing, but I’m so grateful to the doctor for talking to me throughout the examination to help me relax and explaining everything so well. However, one of the people at the front desk had an unfriendly expression, which was a little intimidating.

I came in for an ovulation ultrasound. Since it was a holiday clinic, there were a lot of people, so even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait a little. Dr. Min-jung Park saw me, explained everything clearly, and the transvaginal ultrasound didn’t hurt either.
