Doctor Shin Dong-ryeol, for leg numbness and back pain. For physical therapy, I received a back injection, and I’ve had 1 out of 3 vascular injections. I still have to go to the hospital two more times.

After injuring a finger during a dodgeball game in PE class, I went to an orthopedic clinic because the pain continued. From our very first visit, the staff guided us kindly, and the examination process was handled quickly. The X-ray confirmed that the finger was fractured, and I appreciated how the doctor realistically explained the current condition and the expected recovery time. They also showed us how to minimize the use of the injured hand so my child would not feel uncomfortable during school lessons, as well as how to care for it at home. Even after treatment, they emphasized the importance of follow-up appointments and monitoring the recovery, which made me feel that they provided responsible care. I was very worried because my child had been injured, but overall, this was an orthopedic clinic I felt I could trust.

I had recurring joint pain during certain movements in my daily life, so I needed to check my condition. After checking in, they first looked into the location of the pain and the situations when it worsened. Before the examination, there was a brief questionnaire to see if I had experienced similar symptoms before and to evaluate if my exercise routine or job was putting any strain on my joints. In the consultation room, I was able to hear explanations based on imaging materials about the current state of my joints and the causes of the pain. They didn't just examine the painful area, but also considered the surrounding muscles and my usage habits in their explanation. As for the treatment direction, instead of immediately proceeding with a procedure or treatment, they first assessed whether my current condition could be managed. Later, they also provided guidance on movements to watch out for in my daily life and ways to manage my condition without overdoing it. Overall, the consultation focused on explanation, and the pace of the visit was not rushed, so I could understand everything clearly.

I've been getting physical therapy and manual therapy for back pain, and I'm feeling much better. The doctors are so kind and thorough in their treatment, thank you!
