I visited the hospital because my finger was swollen. I had an ultrasound and got an injection. It turns out I have calcium deposits in my joints, so sad. ㅠㅠ The ultrasound injection really hurt, and they said I can't shower for a whole day, and definitely no baths. I think it's going to be impossible to get rid of these calcium deposits that form in each joint, and it's so depressing to think that aging is the cause. It would make me so happy if there were medical technologies that could fix this, but I feel like it won't happen in my lifetime, and I’m scared that I'll have to keep showing up at the hospital. Still, I guess it's a relief that the test results showed I don't have arthritis. When my body hurts, I feel like the best way to cope is to use my energy wisely.

On weekdays, there are too many patients in the morning. After 5 PM, it's a bit easier to get a consultation. On Saturdays, you're basically looking at a 2-hour wait. The nurses are quite busy, so they aren't very friendly. That said, they're not unfriendly either. It's a comfortable place since it's near my home, so I always go there if I have joint problems. The location is in the center of the International New Town, right by the Daiso line, so it's easy to find and there’s parking available, so even if you're coming from a bit further, it shouldn't be too inconvenient. There's also a pharmacy on the first floor, right by the elevator. The pharmacist is really kind and explains things clearly, making the visit enjoyable.

I'm here for a follow-up visit for my finger arthritis. It's an incurable disease. It's really tough since there's no improvement. I've had two ultrasound treatments and took medication for about 4 weeks, but ㅠㅠ I really want to get better quickly. If anyone knows a good method, please let me know~~~ The doctor is only one, so the wait time is long; on weekends, I have to wait at least 2 hours. I make a reservation in advance, go home, and then come back. It's really convenient to get treatment somewhere close to my house. I've heard good things about it from people around me, so many recommended this place. I visited based on a recommendation too. It's a well-known place, so ~~ I'm writing down a few lines about my visit while hoping for quick results. I'm sharing some photos as well.

This is the orthopedic clinic with the longest wait at Myungji. That must mean they're really good, right? The doctor is very proactive, and I definitely recommend the manual therapy. Make sure to avoid the busy times when you go!!

I had my knee checked, got an X-ray, and received physical therapy. The waiting time was long, so I hope you expect that when you go.

Going to the hospital is the most uncomfortable and difficult thing, but thank you for being so kind and understanding during the consultation~^^
