I initially had symptoms of a throat cold and found this place while looking for a local hospital I hadn’t been to before. The doctor is thorough and kind during every consultation. When my throat-cold symptoms lasted for more than two weeks and I went back to the hospital, the doctor kindly prescribed a different medication as well. They really take such good care of me every time I visit~! There are so many local ENT and Internal Medicine clinics, but I think Busan Happiness ENT will be my go-to from now on! For me, it’s more important that the doctor is kind and genuinely cares for patients than that the hospital is always crowded or famous, and this place seems to be exactly that kind of clinic!! For rhinitis, bronchitis, and other ENT issues, this is definitely my go-to place~~!

I had a stuffy nose, so I went to Busan Happiness ENT Clinic in Yeonsan-dong. My doctor, Kim Min-jeong, said I have allergic rhinitis. She mentioned that after a week or so of treatment, I should start to feel better.

I was breathing through my mouth every night because of my rhinitis, which left my throat extremely dry and accumulated fatigue. Eventually, I decided to visit an ENT clinic. The doctor showed me the swelling inside my nose and the condition of my mucous membranes on a monitor while explaining the causes. It made me feel like the treatment direction was really clear. Along with prescriptions to relieve my urgent symptoms, they also discussed the possibility of immunotherapy to reduce recurrence in the long term, giving me the option without pressure, which was nice. The medication worked well, and thanks to the guidance on how to use the spray before bed, breathing at night became much easier. After sleeping well, I even feel less tired, and it feels like my quality of life has improved.

My child's cold was lingering so I went to the ENT. The nasal congestion kept draining down the throat, which made the coughing worse and I was really worried. The doctor carefully examined my child. They showed the inside of the nose and explained how much inflammation there was, and whether it was just a common cold or if there was also rhinitis involved, which made it easy to understand. They prescribed medicine that wasn't too strong, tailored to my child's weight, and provided detailed advice on what to watch out for when taking it. The nurse was great at making my child comfortable, so they didn’t cry during the examination. After about two days of treatment, the mucus decreased significantly, and my child's nighttime coughing improved noticeably. Thanks to this, my child could sleep well and I felt more at ease as a parent.
