Wijaeun Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic

I suspected I had the flu, so I visited Wijae-Woon Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic. There were about 20 patients waiting when I arrived, so I had to wait around 40 minutes from check-in to seeing the doctor. The wait was a bit long and could have been tiring, but the clinic was clean, and the staff at reception and the nurses calmly guided me, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. The doctor accurately explained that I did not have the flu and patiently helped me understand why my symptoms were occurring and what I should pay attention to. It was impressive that the doctor didn't take a formal approach, but instead took the time to assess my condition thoroughly. They were also kind in answering my questions, alleviating a lot of my anxiety. Despite the waiting time, I was very satisfied with the doctor's kindness and clear explanations, and I would want to revisit this clinic the next time I need ENT care.

I visited Dr. Wi Jae-un's ENT clinic near my house because of a runny nose and cough. The receptionist and nurses are always so friendly. Dr. Wi Jae-un explains everything really well and listens to my symptoms. I went in the afternoon since I thought there wouldn't be many patients, but I still had to wait a bit. This is the clinic I trust to take care of my cold.

I came down with a bad cold and flu-like aches over the Chuseok holiday, so I visited the hospital early the next day and received treatment. I was seen by Dr. Wi Jae-un. Since it was the day after the holiday, I had a hard time waiting for an hour and a half, but after taking the medication for three days, I recovered. I’m truly grateful ^~^

Once I went into the consultation room, the doctor first asked detailed questions about my symptoms and explained the examination process and treatment options so kindly that I felt reassured. I liked that it didn’t feel rushed and that everything was explained step by step so I could understand and feel comfortable with the plan. After the appointment, they also prescribed medication carefully and accurately based on my symptoms, which put my mind at ease. Even though there are many patients and the wait is long, I really feel there’s a clear reason this clinic is so popular.

The weather got colder, and my rhinitis worsened, making it hard to breathe. I've been receiving good treatment and taking my medication, and I'm feeling much better now.
