I just had a manual physical therapy session. There are many therapists here, and they all do a great job. I also like that they offer 15-minute sessions.
*I've been going multiple times, and at first, I got a bit lazy about it once I noticed some improvement. But as I keep feeling better, I'm pushing through the annoyance and making sure to go for treatments whenever I have the time.
After physical therapy, my back pain always goes away. I appreciate how kind they are and how thorough they are in their examinations.
