I visited the hospital with concerns about my worsening headaches. The medical staff and nurses were generally kind and explained things calmly, which eased my tension a bit. The tests themselves weren't particularly diverse and focused mainly on essential basic exams. However, I was slightly surprised at how high the testing costs were when it was time to pay. Fortunately, it turned out that I could apply for reimbursement from my insurance, which reduced the burden on me, and I also received a prescription. What disappointed me was the process of issuing the medical confirmation document. I requested a paper confirmation for insurance claims and paid the issuance fee, but later I found out that the same confirmation was automatically issued on mobile as well. I didn't know mobile issuance was an option, so I ended up getting the paper version unnecessarily. If they had only informed me about the possibility of mobile issuance when I requested it, I could have avoided that extra expense, so I was a bit disappointed about that. Overall, I was satisfied with the treatment and care, but I left feeling somewhat disappointed with the administrative guidance.
