I've been feeling unwell for a few days, so I've been taking it easy. I couldn't eat properly for several days due to stomach cramps, which made my condition worse. Last night, I started having a constant headache and neck pain, so I ended up visiting Central Hospital while looking for an ENT specialist. Since it was my first visit, I was a bit worried. The clean image of the hospital really impressed me. The doctor who treated me asked a lot of detailed questions and took some photos. During the examination, they considered various questions and symptoms and mentioned that it might be either COVID or the flu. There was no over-treatment, and they prescribed medication for five days. They told me to come back if I don't see improvement in a day or two. Overall, everyone was very kind.

My cold symptoms were really bad and my throat hurt so much, so I was looking for somewhere I could go after work. I ended up going to this place because they were open fairly late, until around 7:30, I think. When I arrived at around 6:10, there were already about 7 or 8 people waiting, and it seemed like around 10 more people came in after me... I was able to see the doctor after waiting about 30 minutes. The medication I was prescribed worked well for me. There was only one person handling the front desk, but things still seemed to move along quickly. There was plenty of space to sit and wait, and the doctor was friendly and thorough! There aren't many places for people who work to go at night, but I got treated and recovered fairly quickly, so this is one of the ENT clinics in the area that I continue to visit.

My child had a really bad nasal cold, which caused him to cough and wake up every night, leaving the whole family exhausted. However, we received proper help at the ENT clinic we visited this time. After listening to my child's condition, the doctor carefully checked his temperature, breathing, and nasal mucosa, and informed us that he was experiencing a mix of a cold and rhinitis. The doctor explained the necessary treatments to prevent acute exacerbation and what steps to take if there was no improvement in a few days, which significantly eased our worries. After just one day of taking the medication, the cough decreased, and especially the number of times he woke up at night noticeably reduced, allowing him to sleep comfortably again. The care was kind and the recovery was quick, so I think I will choose this place again next time.

I went to this place after receiving treatment at another hospital without any improvements, and they treated me well without unnecessary tests. It was also convenient since they stayed open later than other hospitals.

I was grateful for the warm welcome and kind guidance from the nurses.

I'm getting treatment for dizziness and taking some rest. They talked to me about the possibility of a relapse and advised me to rest a lot.
