A few days ago, I started experiencing itching in my vulvar area that was unusual for me. At first, I washed at home and waited to see if it would improve. But it was still the same a day later, and it kept bothering me whenever it came into contact with my underwear, so I eventually visited an OB-GYN. Since it was my first time seeking medical care for symptoms like this, I felt a little embarrassed before going to the clinic. During the consultation, we talked about when the itching had started, as well as the cleansers I had recently used and my lifestyle habits. They also asked whether the symptoms were ongoing and whether they became worse at certain times. After I explained what was bothering me, I underwent the necessary examination. They didn't make a judgment based only on a visual inspection; they also performed tests to check for inflammation or other possible causes. Before the testing began, they explained how it would be done, so I wasn't as nervous as I expected. The test itself didn't take long, and afterward, they explained how to check the results and what kinds of activities or behaviors I should avoid in the meantime so as not to worsen the symptoms. At home, I'm trying not to use products that could cause irritation for the time being, and I'm making an effort to wear breathable clothing. At first, I thought it was just simple itching and considered waiting a few more days, but I came to feel that persistent symptoms are better checked out in person. I was also able to ask about the things I had been wondering about during the consultation, so I was able to finish the visit more comfortably than I had expected. I visited at first feeling half worried and half embarrassed, but all of the medical staff were calm and reassuring, which allowed me to complete the consultation without feeling pressured. I could also comfortably ask about things I had been curious about, so overall, it was a very satisfying visit.

I visited today for a Brazilian wax, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained overall, so I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in! They were more thorough than I expected during the hair removal, so I was very satisfied. I was a little hesitant about getting a Brazilian wax at first, but after trying it, I found it much easier to maintain good hygiene, and it feels so much cleaner when showering or during my period. Especially in the summer, when you sweat a lot and upkeep can be a hassle, getting waxed definitely made things feel much easier to manage. The clinic was also quiet and clean, so it was a comfortable place to visit without feeling self-conscious. I think I’ll keep coming back regularly for maintenance! If you’re considering getting a Brazilian wax for the first time, I think it’s definitely worth trying at least once :)

I had a cervical cancer exam, HPV test, and SDT test with Dr. Im Yoo-jin. It was the most satisfying experience I've had at a hospital recently. First of all, the inside of the hospital is very clean and well-maintained, so I felt very comfortable and at ease while waiting. Above all, the staff and nurses are really kind. They greeted me with smiles from registration to guidance, which eased my nervousness, and they explained everything in detail, which was very helpful. The doctor also examined me thoroughly without any unnecessary procedures, which made me trust her. It was nice to visit without feeling burdened by seeing a female doctor, but it seems like you have to wait at least 10 minutes to take the elevator.

The director explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and the nurses were also kind and helpful.
