I keep coming in every three months because of a gynecological condition, and I like that the facilities are comfortable and there’s a restroom inside. The doctor and nurses are all very kind, and since they’re women, I feel more at ease.

The doctor was kind, and the hospital was clean with such a bright atmosphere. They kindly talked me through the things I was concerned about, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably without feeling uneasy. I feel like I’ll be able to come back for another appointment without feeling pressured.

I made an appointment for vulvitis symptoms and ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. The consultation itself was okay, but waiting this long is really exhausting. I can't help but think that the only doctor working here is overbooking too much. Every time I come, I end up waiting, and this time, even with an appointment, I waited over 40 minutes past the scheduled time. If I had at least been informed about the expected wait time, it might have helped a bit, but consistently being late for appointments seems rude to all patients. Once the consultation actually started, it was over in less than 10 minutes, which just made me feel like I wasted my time.

I visited because I suspected I had vaginitis. I always make an appointment before going, but I usually end up seeing the doctor quite a bit later than my scheduled time. There are two doctors, but patients aren’t assigned to a specific doctor; whichever doctor is working on the day of the visit sees you. The doctors tend to explain things in detail. I previously had to get a blood test at this hospital, and I was a little shocked to see someone with long, nail-arted fingernails handling the syringe and touching the patient. While they were drawing my blood, the nurse dropped the stainless-steel container holding the syringe and alcohol swabs, and everything came crashing onto the floor. The syringe came out of my arm, blood was streaming everywhere, and it was just a complete disaster.

I came here for a prenatal checkup through a national pregnancy health support program. I applied at the e-health center, got my documents, and made a reservation, but I ended up going in a little late. The counter staff were just mechanical in their responses. I was the first one there, but I didn't realize it was a pad check-in system, so the person who came in after me got checked in first, which was really frustrating. The dressing room was extremely cramped. The female doctor was reasonably friendly. I only intended to have a prenatal checkup, but since it seemed like I had a small cyst in my uterus, I ended up doing a blood test as well, and it cost 156,000 won. Out of that, 10,000 won was for non-covered disinfection costs, which seems to be for some liquid they squirt after the ultrasound. They asked for my consent before the treatment and although I wasn't exactly sure what kind of disinfection it was, I thought, well, if I'm paying 10,000 won, they'll probably do a thorough job, so I just went with it. But looking back, I wonder if it was really necessary...? I chose this clinic primarily for its convenience due to its location near public transport, but I probably won't come back for my next appointment.

The hospital was well-maintained and clean, so I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor explained everything in detail during the consultation, and most importantly, they were really kind, which helped me feel relaxed during my visit. The nurses also greeted me with bright smiles and provided thorough assistance, which I appreciated. However, there were quite a few patients, so the wait time was somewhat long. Still, the kindness of the medical staff and the pleasant environment of the hospital made the wait worth it. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who finds visiting a gynecologist daunting.

I visited because I was experiencing abnormal bleeding and my menstrual cycle had gotten really short. I had an ultrasound, an HPV test, and blood tests done, and it all came out to about 180,000 won. Including the cost of the medication (birth control pills), it was around 200,000 won.

I developed a slightly large lump, so I had a follow-up ultrasound, and I was really happy that they were open for one day even during the Chuseok holiday! It wasn’t the doctor I had originally seen, but they examined me very thoroughly and kindly answered all my questions~~

I went in to get a prescription, and the explanation and consultation were done quickly. I was happy that the staff member who drew my blood for the hormone test did such a good job.

They were kind and explained things I didn’t know, so I was very satisfied. It felt safe, and although the appointment ran a little late, it was much faster and better than coming without an appointment. However, I think it would be better if they told me the price upfront.

I felt comfortable because she was a female doctor, and I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything. The nurses were also incredibly kind.
