The doctor is kind and thorough. It was nice that there was a separate private waiting room before the procedure. The staff at the counter, the people who assist patients, and the doctor are all very kind. The treatment area is also clean, so I feel comfortable trusting them with my procedure.

The procedure went well today too. However, the order wasn’t properly followed during the process. I made time to come early, so it was disappointing to see someone who arrived later get seen and leave first. I’d appreciate it if you could pay a little more attention to this.
