1Awaiting reply My daughter underwent an EGF treatment after consulting with the director a week ago, and she was told that she could apply Protopic ointment, which she has been doing as instructed. However, she is experiencing redness and a burning sensation all over her face even after just washing with water, which is quite distressing for her. Since then, she has immediately stopped using the ointment, but it has been a week since the EGF treatment, and her face still becomes red and feels hot with just washing. It takes about 1 to 2 hours for it to calm down. I'm wondering if this is a side effect and why this is happening.
