Currently undergoing treatment for a broken left thumb. The area that was stiff due to the cast is starting to soften and the pain is decreasing. The bruising and swelling are also going down nicely.

*I tweaked my back and received manual therapy. It was great because the environment was pleasant and the therapist was really kind and did a great job. Other places are filled with younger therapists, but here the therapists seem to have a lot of experience, so I felt relief really quickly.

*It was really accessible, being close to the subway station. After my consultation, I had physical therapy, and the full-body massage was incredibly refreshing and felt great.
