Awaiting reply Hello, I am a mother of a first-year high school daughter. My daughter has hooded eyelids, and she always uses double eyelid tape. She is worried about potential side effects from surgery, which is why she resorts to the tape. If she were to undergo surgery, I am curious if it is safe to do so during her growth period. Could you also provide the cost?
