Boas Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic

My nose was so blocked because of rhinitis that it was hard to breathe and I was constantly uncomfortable, so I visited the clinic. After the consultation, I also received a treatment where they applied steam to my nose... I don’t know what it was called, but I had that treatment too. I liked that they asked about my symptoms and explained everything well, without making me feel like they were just rushing through the consultation. The staff were friendly, and the inside of the clinic also felt clean and well maintained, so overall I was very satisfied! It was convenient since it’s close to my home, but even aside from that, I didn’t feel any need to go to another hospital. I remember feeling better pretty quickly because they prescribed the medication well, too. When your nasal congestion gets severe because of rhinitis, I think it’s worth getting checked instead of just putting up with it!

My throat kept feeling scratchy, and I also felt like there was something stuck in it, so I went to an ENT clinic. I thought it would get better after a few days, but it lasted longer than expected, so I decided to get it checked out. They checked the condition of my throat during the consultation and immediately provided the treatment I needed. I liked that they explained everything in an easy-to-understand way instead of using complicated terms, and they answered my questions kindly as well. The staff were generally friendly, and the inside of the clinic was clean, so I had a good experience. It was my first time visiting this clinic, but I was more comfortable during the consultation than I expected and left satisfied. When you have symptoms, I think it's better to get checked out instead of putting it off for too long. If I need to visit an ENT clinic again, I plan to come back here.
