My knee cartilage hurt so much, and it was aching because the bones were rubbing against each other, but I feel better after getting injections and physical therapy.

When I was young, I injured my ankle riding a bicycle but didn’t get it treated, and as I got older, I developed post-traumatic arthritis. I get physical therapy whenever it hurts, and it improves after I visit the hospital, so at least I’m still able to use it fairly well.

Please be thorough with my treatment. For the extracorporeal shock wave therapy, please have the doctor personally locate the area to treat. The physical therapist is very kind, too.

The doctor and all the nurses at the hospital on Teheran-ro in Gangnam were very kind, and the facilities were very clean.

I came in after getting an injection for my knee pain. I know it can’t be helped because of my age, but I received a detailed explanation of everyday postures that can delay its progression as much as possible, and I’m putting them into practice.
