I went because my nose was blocked due to rhinitis, and my ears felt clogged too. There was no unnecessary treatment, and everyone was friendly!

I visited because I had a bad cold and received a prescription. They were very kind.

The staff seems kind, but my rhinitis is severe, and when I go to get my nose cleaned, they do it so lightly that I have to go frequently.

It's easy to visit since it's near Songpa Station. There are always a lot of patients, so you should expect some waiting time. The staff is friendly.

The facility is clean, and the director is very attentive during consultations. During COVID, there were too many patients and the consultation times were short, but now the number of patients is just right, and it seems like they take their time with the appointments.
