The doctor is so warm and kind~~ All the nurses are kind too, so it makes me feel good^^ I like that it’s clean and spacious~ The waiting area is really big, and the wait is short~~ I also like that they prescribe medication without unnecessary treatment~~

I had been feeling uncomfortable for a while, so I visited this ENT clinic for the first time, and overall, I was really satisfied. The hospital was clean, and the system from check-in to consultation was well-organized, so I didn't have to wait long, which was great. The nurses were also kind and made sure to ease my nerves, which allowed me to feel comfortable during my appointment. The doctor didn't just quickly glance at my symptoms; he asked in detail when I started feeling uncomfortable and explained my current condition in an easy-to-understand way, which made me trust him. The necessary tests weren't excessive, and he carefully outlined the treatment plan, which put my mind at ease. After the consultation, he kindly explained the prescriptions and the management methods, making me feel highly satisfied even though it was my first visit. If I have any more discomfort in the future, I would want to come back to this clinic.
