*I'm receiving laser magnetic therapy as physical therapy. At first, I was worried it was going to be an expensive treatment not covered by insurance, but it turns out it's a regular type of physical therapy that's effective when there's inflammation.
*The doctor explained everything in a way that was really easy for me to understand. Everyone else was kind and warm as well. The physical therapy room is spacious and very comfortable.
The doctors were kind during the consultation, and even though they are always busy, I was able to schedule my appointments well.
☆The staff at the information desk were very friendly. The first part I encountered upon entering was the reception, and their service mindset was impressive.
The physical therapy was done well, and the doctors were friendly and polite.
