I first visited last year after going to various ENT clinics without improvement. I ended up at Kozi ENT as my last stop. During my first visit, I shared my issues and decided to switch ENTs. I visited for ear inflammation treatment~~ Maybe because I went after work, there was a bit of a wait. There were about 6 people ahead of me, and I waited for about 20? 30 minutes. The receptionists were friendly, but their voices were so soft that I didn't even hear when they called me... haha. Th
I visited the hospital because I had a bad cold and a runny nose, but the doctor was great and really kind, which made it a good experience.
The doctor explained everything kindly and I trust him. The staff were also very cheerful, so I feel healed after my visit. I will definitely come back!
First of all, everyone is super friendly! They explain everything well, are meticulous, and I've been to a lot of hospitals, but I highly recommend this place! ^^
