The doctor was very thorough and explained everything clearly, so I didn’t have any questions. She explained things in a way that didn’t scare my child, and when it was time for the shot, she calmed him down appropriately. So when my child goes into the doctor’s office, he seems to feel a bit more at ease. The nurses are all really nice too. Every single person there is kind, except maybe for one, haha. But I’m satisfied with that level of care.

I visited for cold symptoms, and the facility was really clean. The nurses and doctors were all very kind during the examination. I definitely want to go again next time.

This hospital is known for being great for kids' check-ups. However, parking was inconvenient before the move, and it's still a hassle after the move. It's especially frustrating that they offer Sunday consultations but the parking tower isn't open on Sundays. Also, requiring payment for an app to make appointments feels a bit excessive. I don't go there often, but I still have to pay, and it makes me wonder if they're just taking advantage of patients with these booking fees.
