Apple OB-GYN Clinic, Hongdae Branch

I visited this hospital after being diagnosed with a bladder infection and came in for treatment. First of all, the location was convenient, so it was easy to get to. The inside was also spacious, so it didn’t feel cramped and had a comfortable atmosphere. In particular, the staff member at reception was incredibly kind, which made a great first impression. I tend to feel nervous for no reason when I go to a hospital, but perhaps because cheerful music was playing, the atmosphere felt much more relaxed and I was able to ease up a little. The interior had a unique style that was somewhat different from a typical hospital. It felt unfamiliar at first, but once I looked around, I didn’t think it was bad at all. Overall, the space was spacious and the atmosphere was bright, so I was able to visit comfortably. I had a urine test, was diagnosed with a bladder infection during my consultation, and received treatment without any issues. I also think it’s a great advantage that they have branches in several areas. It seems convenient because I can find and visit a nearby branch even when I’m in another area. I was satisfied overall, from the location and facilities to the friendliness of the staff, and I would be willing to visit again if needed.

They found two cysts on my ovaries, so I went in for blood tests. I was so scared, but the director and staff spoke to me so warmly and made me feel comfortable during the examination, which put me at ease.

I visited because I was uncomfortable due to vaginitis. I felt embarrassed and nervous, but the doctor made me feel at ease, so I was able to receive treatment comfortably. They listened to my symptoms and explained the tests and treatment in an easy-to-understand way, which I appreciated. I could ask questions without feeling pressured, and they also told me what to be careful about during aftercare. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was clean, so I felt comfortable visiting. If I have uncomfortable symptoms again, I plan to come back.

I’d been a little hesitant because it was an OB-GYN appointment, but I visited for the first time in a while. Since the doctor was a woman, I felt much less embarrassed. During the examination, she didn’t make a big fuss or seem rushed. She took her time and examined me carefully, which helped ease my anxiety a lot and made the whole appointment feel comfortable. The doctor examines you carefully and provides treatment. Whenever I come in for treatment, I can clearly see my symptoms improving, and since there’s no unnecessary treatment, I feel comfortable receiving care. Also, the clinic doesn’t have a separate lunch break, so it’s convenient to visit anytime.

I only go to the Apple Hongdae branch. I’ve been receiving regular, ongoing treatment, and they explain everything kindly and do the procedures well. It’s always crowded, but if I make a reservation on Naver, the wait is shorter and I can be seen quickly, which is great.

The doctor isn’t exactly warm and friendly, but they do explain things when you ask. It would be nice if they were a little kinder, but… maybe that’s just what a patient wishes for haha. Their voice is quite soft, so you have to listen carefully… I’m a little worried I might not hear everything.

I liked that they explained everything so kindly. However, things like symptoms after checking in and post-visit care were explained at the payment desk... It would be nice if they could explain those things somewhere a little more private 😢 Since they talk right in front of the entrance, it’s difficult to discuss sensitive matters.

This is the gynecology clinic I have been consistently visiting for several years! At first, I came here because it was near my workplace, but even though I’ve quit my job for quite some time now, I still keep coming here. That shows how a regular I’ve been. I always get my regular check-ups here, and I just come in for any slight symptoms, like vaginitis. They do thorough examinations and always answer my questions in detail. There’s no excessive treatment either. However, after work hours, there can be a lot of patients, so there might be some wait time. It's better to make an appointment or come at an earlier time if possible. I'm very satisfied with this clinic that I've been consistently visiting for years, and I plan to keep using it in the future.

I went back to check my test results!! I have polycystic ovaries, and they said it seems to be improving compared to before. They went over everything while comparing it with my previous test results. I asked all kinds of questions I was curious about, and they always explain everything in detail every time I come in! They also told me how to manage polycystic ovaries in my everyday life and recommended taking inositol. They said vaginitis can also vary depending on my overall condition, so I’m having regular checkups to keep an eye on it! They also told me when I should come back for my next test and advised me to get checked then. Since this is a place where I can keep coming back to monitor my condition, I’m satisfied once again!

There are two female doctors, and they’re both kind and great. Before seeing the doctor, you fill out your menstrual history and some basic information, then have your blood pressure checked before going in. The nurses are kind too. I mainly go there to get birth control prescriptions, and I occasionally go for vitamin D shots as well. I also went there when I had a bladder infection, and after getting an IV and a prescription, I felt better pretty quickly. It’s not a place with absolutely no patients, so I recommend making an appointment before you go. They see patients until late on weekdays, so it’s convenient for people who work or have trouble finding time during the day. They’re also open until 4 p.m. on Saturdays, which makes it fairly convenient to visit on the weekend.

The doctor explained everything so carefully and in such detail, making it easy to understand, so I felt very comfortable during the ultrasound and all the other tests!!! This was my first time visiting an OB-GYN, and thankfully, they told me everything was fine, which was a relief since I had been more worried than necessary. I had the tests done without any problems~~~. I decided to write this review because I would definitely recommend this place to people around me^^ The hospital is clean and I didn’t have to wait long, which was great, though it might be even better to make an appointment before visitingㅎㅎ. I think it’s important to get regular checkups and consultations, take good care of your health, and always stay on top of things~~ The nurses were also kind, and they explained the results well, so I’m really happy with my experience. Highly recommended ^.^

The waiting area is spacious, and the staff are so friendly, which I really liked! The doctor also explained everything in detail and took great care of me despite being busy. I’ve been suffering a lot from vaginitis that keeps coming back, but the doctor properly looked into the cause, explained everything step by step, and answered all my questions, so I was very grateful. I’m still undergoing treatment, and I really hope it doesn’t come back anymore. At other clinics, they usually insert a vaginal suppository, but here they applied an ointment, so I didn’t have that uncomfortable leaking feeling as much and felt a little more comfortable after the appointment. This time, I really want to break the cycle of recurrence, so I plan to keep coming regularly!

It’s close to the station, which is nice. Even with a reservation, there are still quite a lot of people. Waiting an hour is pretty much the norm.

I visited a week later for a follow-up on the procedure, and it was nice being able to make an appointment through Naver and be seen on time.

I always come here. It’s just a one-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station. I feel at ease because there’s a female doctor. If you come during the day, there’s no wait, which is nice.

A place I end up going to often because it’s near my office. I’m just so grateful they see patients until 8 p.m. ㅠㅠ The waiting room is well set up, but the layout is a little inconvenient ; You have to listen carefully for the nurse calling your name, then walk around through a track-like area haha. Overall, it’s pretty average.

I got an IV. I usually come in often to get prescriptions, but on days when I’m not feeling well, I get an IV before I develop a UTI. Both doctors are very kind, and the nurses are kind too, which I really like. Maybe because it’s in Hongdae, it tends to be pretty busy, so I recommend making an appointment before you go. Even with an appointment, there’s still a bit of a wait.

The nurses were so kind, and everything went smoothly without feeling scary. The OB-GYN used to feel uncomfortable and intimidating even when it was nothing serious, but now I think I’ll be able to go comfortably.
